Visitor Application Process

Institutions wishing to visit our vocational school are required to submit their visit plans in accordance with official procedures.

1. Preparation of the Application Letter

An official letter addressed to the Rectorate must be prepared by your institution.

  • The program or programs intended to be visited
  • The planned date and time of the visit
  • Your institution’s contact information

2. Evaluation Process

Your application submitted to the Rectorate will be forwarded to our vocational school. Applications are evaluated according to the academic calendar and availability.

  • If deemed suitable, you will be informed accordingly
  • If deemed unsuitable, an official response stating the reason will be provided
