Acceptance letters will be sent via email to students who are eligible to enroll at our university.
Registrations will be conducted face-to-face at Gazi University Central Campus, International Student Unit, on October 16-17, 2024. Online registration will not be available.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
1. Original Passport and Notarized Translation (Notarizations must be done by notaries in Turkey.)
2. Original Diploma and Notarized Translation (Notarizations must be done by notaries in Turkey.)
3. Diploma Equivalency Certificate
4. Original Transcript and Notarized Translation (Notarizations must be done by notaries in Turkey.)
5. 4 Biometric Photos
6. C1 Level Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate approved by Gazi TÖMER for Turkish Programs
7. If available, TR-YÖS or international exam results (such as ACT, GCE)
Application documents can be submitted with a notarized power of attorney from notaries in Turkey.
Students scoring below C1 in the Turkish proficiency exam will receive a 1-year Turkish education at TÖMER.
Students enrolling in programs with 100% or 30% English instruction will be required to take an English proficiency exam. Exam details will be announced separately.
Students who do not achieve the minimum required score in the English proficiency exam will attend a 1-year English preparatory program (All candidates placed in English Medicine, Engineering Faculty Programs, Architecture Faculty Programs, and Foreign Language Teaching programs will take the preparatory exemption exam).
Candidates placed in Gazi Education Faculty’s Art-Work and Music Teaching programs and all departments of the Faculty of Sports Sciences, except for Recreation, are required to take the special talent exam on October 15, 2024 for final registration. Details about the exam will be announced later.
