Dear Students,
You can complete your graduation application online by following the steps below:
Log in at https://bys.gazi.edu.tr/login using your student number and password.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it at https://obs.gazi.edu.tr/
Click on the Announcements tab in the opened window.
Select the Diploma Application Form under the Active Announcements section and fill in all required information.
After completing the form, click the Apply button to submit your application.
Your application will be reviewed by the relevant units, and your graduation information will be transferred to the Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS) for diploma preparation.
You can track the status of your application via https://obs.gazi.edu.tr/ under General Transactions > Graduation Approval Information.
Important Notes:
Since the graduation applications are online, you do not need to visit the university in person.
You must present your student ID card to receive your diploma. In case of lost ID, a newspaper announcement must be submitted.
Students with Turkey Scholarships (YTB) are required to submit a No Debt Certificate from the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities and fill out the Turkey Graduates Information Form to complete the graduation process. Applications will not proceed without these documents.
The No Debt Certificate can be requested through the Turkey Scholarships Information System (TBBS) or downloaded from the E-Government portal. The Turkey Graduates Information Form is available on the TBBS website.
After completing your graduation process, you can easily obtain your graduation certificate through the E-Government system.
