Important Note: Documents obtained from e-Government must be downloaded using the “create barcoded document” option.

Submission Location: Health, Culture and Sports Department, 2nd Floor, Scholarship Unit and İŞKUR Youth Program Desk

Note 1: Students residing in dormitories, shelters, or similar collective living spaces, and those whose identity is confidential under Law No. 6284 are exempt from income verification. (Based on Article 11-(2) of the Regulation on the Execution of the İŞKUR Youth Program)

Note 2: After document submission, eligibility of students will be verified. Those found ineligible will be notified, and the documents will then be requested from the next student on the reserve list in order.
