Dear Students of the Vocational School of Health Services,

The English Language Placement and Exemption Exam for the compulsory English courses (5(ı)) in our Turkish-medium programs will be held at our Vocational School on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM.

All students who will be taking the exam must be present at the exam location at least 30 minutes before the start time, which is 09:30 AM.

The exam is open to both current students and newly enrolled students.

On the day of the exam, you must have the following documents with you:

• A photo ID (e.g., national ID card, passport, driver's license, etc.)

• Your student certificate (can be obtained via e-Devlet)

Orientation Meeting

Attention First-Year Students!

On the same day, Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 14:00, an orientation meeting will be held regarding the 5(ı) English courses. This meeting, where you can get information about how the courses are conducted and other important topics, will take place at the Gazi University Concert Hall (Main Campus).

It is important for all first-year students to attend this meeting to get detailed information about the courses.
