The Foreign Language Proficiency Exam for Exchange Programs (Erasmus, etc.) will be held on November 5, 2025 at Gazi University’s Gölbaşı Campus, in the classrooms of the School of Foreign Languages, Block A and Block B.

Exam Start Time: 09:30

Required Documents for the Exam

• Photo ID (identity card, passport, or driver’s license)
• Student ID card or student certificate issued during registration

If your name is not on the exam lists, please contact aydin.ensar@gazi.edu.tr via email to reach the School of Foreign Languages Student Affairs Office.

As stated in the Erasmus+ Higher Education Student and Staff Mobility 2025 Handbook, students who register for the exam but fail to attend without a valid excuse will have five (5) points deducted from their weighted selection score in future applications.

In order to ensure the effective use of public resources, participation in the exam is of great importance for all applicants.
