Registration Procedures

Students who are entitled to register must prepare the documents required for final registration and complete their registration by applying in person to the Student Affairs Offices of the relevant Academic Units on the dates specified in the registration schedule, or through persons to whom they have granted a notarized power of attorney.

(Applications submitted after the deadline or with photocopies, faxes, uncertified or incomplete documents will not be accepted.)

1. Turkish Republic Identity Card and photocopy
2. Student certificate issued within the last month (A document obtained through e-Government is valid.)
3. Transcript (A document obtained through e-Government is valid.)
4. A document approved by the student's current university stating that there is no obstacle to transferring to another institution
5. 3 passport-size photographs
