At our vocational school, the 2025-2026 academic year Fall semester Academic Board Meeting, where preparations for the new term were evaluated, was held on 29 September 2025 at 11:30 with the participation of the academic staff.

During the meeting, our Director Prof. Dr. H. Gökçen Çetinkaya provided information to the academic staff about the goals, strategic planning, and priority areas for the new term. Topics such as improving the efficiency of academic processes, strengthening support and guidance mechanisms for students, and enhancing the quality of education and training were discussed in detail.

In addition, issues such as the course schedules to be implemented during the fall semester, the exam calendar, academic advising services, scientific event planning, and quality processes were thoroughly evaluated. Various decisions were made to improve educational activities based on the opinions and suggestions of the academic staff.

In addition to the academic staff, the Vocational School Quality Student Representative and program student representatives also attended the meeting, contributing to the inclusion of the student perspective in the decision-making processes.

The meeting, which progressed interactively with the active participation of the academic staff and student representatives, concluded with significant steps taken towards planning the new semester more effectively, efficiently, and with higher quality.
