Key to Career: KPSS–DGS,” an event organized by Gazi University Career Planning Application and Research Center (KAPUM), was held on 26 November 2025 with strong participation from the students of the Vocational School of Health Services, Elderly Care Program.

The speakers — Ali İhsan ATALAY, Hasan SÖĞÜT and Ferhat KAYACAN — provided students with comprehensive information on the KPSS process, which is a critical stage in career planning. Presentations covered exam preparation strategies, selecting the right study materials, effective time management and methods to maintain motivation.

During the program, the content of KPSS, how public personnel recruitment processes operate and the academic and professional advantages of completing a bachelor’s degree through the Dikey Geçiş Sınavı (DGS) were also discussed in detail. The speakers emphasized the importance of correctly understanding the exam procedures and answered students’ questions by sharing their experiences.

At the end of the event, students and faculty gathered for commemorative photos. The program concluded with a warm and engaging question-and-answer session.
