21 April 2026 | 15:40

Students of the First and Emergency Aid Program within the Department of Medical Services and Techniques at our Vocational School visited the MOS137 Experimental Research Studies course as part of their curriculum, to the Gazi University Laboratory Animals Breeding and Experimental Research Center (GÜDAM).

During the visit, students gained knowledge about scientific research conducted with laboratory animals as part of the applied training carried out within the scope of the course.

Accompanied by expert staff, the activities carried out at the center were supported with observations and briefings on laboratory safety, ethical principles, and experimental processes.

Our students were provided with the opportunity to gain on-site experience regarding the facilities and capabilities of the research center.

Such technical visits, which contribute to the education and training process, are planned to continue. We would like to thank the GÜDAM authorities and all academic staff who contributed.
