“Your IBAN Is Yours – Don’t Put It at Risk” Awareness Seminar

In recent years, there has been a significant increase in fraud cases involving university students and young people who allow third parties to use their bank accounts (commonly referred to as “IBAN renting”). Such practices may result in serious victimization as well as legal and criminal liability for students.

In order to raise awareness among our students, prevent potential risks, and provide accurate information regarding legal responsibilities, an awareness seminar will be organized by the Gazi University Career Planning Application and Research Center.
